scn::basic_scan_arg::handle class

Enables scanning of a user-defined type.

Contains a pointer to the value contained in a scan_arg_store, and a callback for parsing the format string, and scanning the value.

Returns	Any error returned by the scanner

Parse the format string in parse_ctx, and scan the value from ctx.
